Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in the UAE is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to deliver broad HR operations across the employee lifecycle, supporting employees and leaders and ensuring compliant, effective execution of HR programs.

You will partner with the Head of HR to manage recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll queries, HRIS maintenance, reporting, performance management, and HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, or similar).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, due diligence and verification.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries.
• Support payroll queries and benefits administration.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and reporting.
• Administer performance management cycles.
• Contribute to HR projects and policy updates.
