Job summary

PureHealth is seeking an exceptional Group Training Manager to redefine excellence learned across the UAE hospital network, delivering face-to-face training for clinical and non-clinical staff across multiple facilities.

Reporting to the Chief Patient Experience Officer, you will design learning strategies that drive operational excellence, service quality, and patient-focused care, acting as a change agent and culture champion across all staff groups.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality, healthcare operations, or corporate training.
• Experience with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders within healthcare environments.
• 5+ years leading high-visibility training initiatives across complex, multi-site organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide, in-person training across multiple hospital sites (clinical and non-clinical).
• Partner with senior leadership to identify performance gaps and design interventions with measurable outcomes.
• Craft immersive, results-driven training materials and guides embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive patient experience excellence by equipping staff with behavioral and service skills for high-quality interactions.
• Act as a change agent and culture champion across all staff groups.
• Monitor and refine training effectiveness to ensure sustained impact and alignment with strategic objectives.
