Job summary

Peergrowth Consultancy Co. is seeking a Head of Training to lead the clinical and service training function across multiple clinic locations. You will design, deliver, and refine programs covering clinical SOPs, laser technologies, aesthetic treatments, and customer experience standards.

The role focuses on onboarding, continuous learning, and quality assurance, with a leadership remit over regional trainers and partnerships with Medical HR, Operations, and Marketing to align objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Cosmetology, or related clinical field; aesthetic medicine certifications preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of clinical training experience in aesthetic dermatology, beauty, or wellness.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of laser devices and advanced skin/aesthetic procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured training strategy aligned with clinical excellence goals.
• Create onboarding programs for Skin Practitioners and Beauty Therapists.
• Define and track KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and skill progression.
• Oversee onboarding journey for clinical staff ensuring SOP alignment and service standards.
• Conduct competency assessments and provide coaching to enhance performance.
• Manage regional trainers, clinical coaches, or external consultants, and collaborate with HR, Operations, and Marketing.
• Audit training quality and implement retraining or corrective action plans.
