Over 12 months, trainees gain exposure across functions, deliver real projects, and develop skills with the potential to transition into a permanent role within PureHealth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (non-clinical fields).
• GPA 3.0 and above; up to 1 year of experience.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and digital tools; MS Office proficiency.
• Analytical thinking and data fluency to identify insights.
• Continuous development, creativity, and adaptability.

This is an initiative by the Emirati Development Centre (EDC) at PureHealth, designed to build future-ready, digitally fluent Emirati young leaders through hands-on business experience, formal learning, mentoring, and cross-functional exposure. Over 12 months, trainees will embark on a transformative journey of personal and professional growth to build the capabilities needed for an accelerated career with PureHealth. Upon successful completion, trainees will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role and become part of PureHealth's mission to redefine and shape the future of healthcare.
