Job summary

RNA Resources Group Limited in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Finance professional to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, feasibility studies, and profitability analysis to support strategic decisions.

You will partner with business, brand and corporate teams to monitor financial performance, drive corrective actions, and ensure governance, reporting, and compliance across the function.

Qualifications

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, feasibility studies and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with business, brand and corporate teams to monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with tax, VAT and internal guidelines.
• Oversee monthly close and reporting processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage governance: review contracts and commercial proposals with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting forecasting feasibility studies lease renewals and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and profitability improvement
• Partner with business brand and corporate teams to monitor financial performance identify opportunities and drive corrective actions
• Manage legal agreements and commercial proposals by coordinating with business legal and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely reviews and approvals
• Oversee monthly financial closing and reporting processes to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Review key business KPIs including sales markdowns productivity and overheads providing insights and recommendations to management
• Ensure adherence to Corporate Tax VAT FAR COC CFO scorecard requirements and other statutory and internal compliance guidelines
• Support the implementation and maintenance of strong financial controls policies and risk management practices
