Amazon Middle East and North America FZ-LLC in Dubai seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to partner with regional teams and own close cycles. You will validate results, maintain controls, and lead month-end activities across P&L and balance sheet.

Formación

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years of applying KPIs to analyses experience.
• 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
• 3+ years of identifying, leading and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or 5+ years of quantitative role experience.

Responsabilidades

• Be the go-to FP&A contact for peers in MENA, Türkiye and South Africa finance and business teams.
• Owning financial bridging and storytelling during monthly and quarterly close cycles.
• Ensuring a high level of financial controls and data integrity.
• Lead month-end close activities with ownership across P&L and balance sheet.
• Own ad-hoc responses to questions from leadership on intra month performance.
• Drive controllership of regional stores financials and track action plans to meet targets.
• Partner with Stores Finance, Operations, Payments, Customer Service, Prime and Marketing.
• Drive an AI-based roadmap to facilitate automation for reporting cycles.
• Provide accurate and insightful financial reports.
• Move repetitive tasks to global teams where possible.
• Develop financial skills across the organization.
