Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Finance professional to lead Financial Planning and Analysis, owning budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. You will develop robust financial models and dashboards to improve planning accuracy and provide clear insights to senior leadership.

The role requires strong experience in real estate or large-scale projects, IFRS/compliance, and proficiency with SAP/Oracle and Excel/Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; master's preferred.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA or CPA.
• 8-10 years of Finance experience with FP&A focus.
• Senior finance experience, preferably in real estate, construction or large-scale projects.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, modelling, reporting and cost control.
• Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret complex data for senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems; Excel/Power BI skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities.
• Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards and reporting tools to improve planning accuracy and visibility.
• Review financial performance and conduct variance analysis across income statement and balance sheet.
• Partner with senior leadership on financial planning, cash flow, cost management and performance.
• Support preparation and consolidation of budgets, forecasts and quarterly reviews.
• Strengthen financial controls, policies and procedures in line with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements, automation and system enhancements across budgeting, MIS, reporting and controls.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team, including coaching and performance management.
