Job summary

CBRE Excellerate is seeking a Sales Manager in Dubai to grow the local sales pipeline for facilities management across the UAE and wider MENA region. You will drive new business, build long-term client relationships, and close deals that meet customer needs without compromising service quality.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of proven sales experience, 3 years in FM, and fluent English; Arabic is a plus. This on-site role offers regional travel within the UAE and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the FM industry.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
