Job summary

GOTION HIGH-TECH in Dubai seeks a senior engineer to lead project solution design for large-scale energy storage, tailoring architecture, PCS, EMS, and related equipment to meet overseas client requirements and site conditions. You will engage with international clients, support negotiations, assess feasibility against local grid standards, and help drive delivery.

Fluent English and strong leadership are essential, with willingness to travel or relocate to Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Turkey,

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field required.
3+ years in energy storage, with 2+ years on grid-side overseas.
Knowledge of PCS, EMS, BMS and battery behavior.
Fluent English; other languages a plus.
Willingness to travel or relocate internationally.

Responsibilities

Design and customize large-scale grid-energy storage solutions, including system architecture and key equipment.
Communicate with overseas clients, provide technical support and participate in negotiations.
Assess feasibility and ensure alignment with local standards; support project delivery and contracts.
Track overseas market dynamics and provide data support for strategy and product planning.
