TCL Communication is seeking an experienced Regional Broadband Sales Manager based in Dubai to lead the growth of Mobile Broadband and FWA across the Middle East and Africa. You will develop strategic relationships with leading telecom operators, identify opportunities, and drive them through to commercial deployment.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams, and travel extensively across MEA to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of telecom/technology sales experience, including at least 3 years of direct MNO account experience.
• MBB/CPE/FWA sales experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of 4G/5G, FWA, CPE and Mobile Broadband.
• Hands-on telecom operator project experience, including RFQ/RFP, product introduction, testing/certification, commercial negotiation and mass deployment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across MEA.
• Fluent English; Arabic and/or French is a plus.

• Drive achievement of annual revenue and profitability targets.

Based in Dubai, this role will focus on developing strategic relationships with leading telecom operators,identifying new business opportunities and driving them through to commercial deployment.
