Job summary

Ripple in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a senior business development professional to drive growth for RLUSD and tokenization of RWAs on the XRP Ledger. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, exchanges, and crypto-native firms.

You will lead complex deals end-to-end, collaborate with product, compliance, legal, and finance, and represent Ripple at industry events across the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, partnerships, and sales in Banking, Finance, Tech, Consulting, or Crypto.
• Experience with Trad-Fi, FinTech, and digital assets.
• Strong network in financial services, payments, and crypto.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Ripple's BD strategy for RLUSD and RWAs on XRP Ledger.
• Lead end-to-end deals: sourcing, analyzing, negotiating contracts, presenting to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, legal, and finance.
• Manage regional partnerships in Middle East & Africa.
