Job summary

Ripple Treasury, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Program Manager to guide multi-solution client implementations across the Middle East. You will act as the link between project work and executive engagement, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

This role requires mentoring and coordinating with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success teams, while managing risks and keeping governance strong to drive client value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing enterprise-level SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services implementations.
• Strong collaboration and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own program-level delivery across a portfolio of concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations in the Middle East.
• Serve as senior contact for client program sponsors and executives, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs, and reporting per delivery standards.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and issues; drive resolution with urgency and ownership.
• Lead executive status updates, steering committees, and post-implementation reviews with clients and leadership.
• Mentor Project Managers and consultants; provide guidance on blocking issues and quality oversight.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success to align delivery with objectives and priorities.
• Champion governance guidelines, change management, and continuous improvement across delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to PMO capability-building, including playbook development and methodology refinement.
