Coins.ph is seeking a senior UAE-based leader to drive market-entry strategy in the United Arab Emirates. You will spearhead commercial execution, partnerships, and regulatory governance to build a trusted gateway for remittances and crypto-enabled payments from Dubai into priority corridors, collaborating with Coins.ph leadership on international expansion.

The role requires proven experience in fintech/payments, crypto knowledge, and prior engagement with UAE regulators such as VARA.

Competenze

Senior fintech/payments leader with UAE market experience.
Experience engaging UAE regulators (VARA ideal) and regulatory credibility.
Strong understanding of crypto and stablecoins and their remittance economics.
Proven ability to build partnerships and drive volume in a new market.

Lead commercial strategy and execution for UAE market entry.
Build and execute UAE market-entry plan aligned to corridor thesis and remittance goals.
Drive partnerships to accelerate adoption and use stablecoin rails where appropriate.
Translate strategy into measurable traction: transactions and volume growth in remittances/payments.
Provide regulatory leadership and governance with the CCO, aligning with VARA expectations.
Maintain senior-level engagement with VARA and regulatory authorities as needed.
Act as connector between Dubai market realities and Coins.ph leadership for international expansion priorities.
Demonstrate builder mentality with hands-on leadership in a fast-growing setup.
