Job summary

IFS is seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Leader to drive growth across APJ MEA, leading BDRs in Japan, Australia and the Middle East. The role focuses on building high-quality pipeline, aligning with Sales and Marketing, and advancing AI-enabled prospecting and modern tools.

You will coach a diverse team, manage performance, and ensure disciplined lead management from engagement to handover, while driving measurable pipeline outcomes across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading BDR/SDR teams across markets.
• Track record delivering enterprise pipeline through campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end BDR operating model.
• Data-driven leadership with process improvement ability.
• Experience using modern sales tech and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a regional team of BDRs across markets.
• Own regional BDR performance, coaching and development.
• Drive results across markets in partnership with Sales & Marketing.
• Ensure effective lead management and SLA adherence.
• Use data to identify indicators and drive actions to improve conversion.
• Maintain CRM discipline and pipeline hygiene.
• Partner with Marketing on multi-channel outreach programs.
• Champion AI and automation in Business Development.
• Drive adoption of BDR tech stack (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Navigator).
• Build strong relationships with regional Sales & Marketing leaders.
