Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a senior regional sales leader to develop and execute regional retail sales strategies, targeting revenue and profitability enhancements.

You will manage relationships with hypermarkets and modern trade partners, negotiate annual agreements, monitor performance, and coordinate with the CEO to drive growth across regional markets.

Qualifications

• Masters's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of similar or food industry sales experience.
• Proven track record managing hypermarket/supermarket accounts across markets; B2B sales and in-store bakery development.
• Strong commercial negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel across regional markets.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.

Additional Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing hypermarket and supermarket accounts across multiple markets, with strong expertise in B2B sales and in-store bakery category development
• Strong commercial negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel across regional markets.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Packages (outlook, excel, PowerPoint, etc), CRM.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
