The ideal candidate has 8+ years of pumps sales in local markets, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to lead tender negotiations and deliver tailored quotations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years selling pumps in local markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers at all levels.
• Knowledge of sales systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sales In charge for relevant tenders and communication with key customers.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive service sales strategy.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Identify potential clients and establish new business relationships.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide technical support to customers and address their queries effectively.
• Prepare and present accurate and competitive service quotations and proposals.
• Lead negotiations of service contracts ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities including customer interactions, sales calls and revenue generated.
• Provide regular reports to Head of Sales on sales performance, market trends and customer feedback.
• Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product and service knowledge.
