Job summary

Summer Academy, Dubai-based, seeks an Admissions Manager to lead student recruitment across the Middle East and Africa for our two-week summer programmes. You will own school partner relationships, drive inquiries, and convert prospects into enrolled students.

This full-time, office-based role (JLT, Dubai) requires a sales mindset, strong English communication, and regional networks in international schools. Hybrid or remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in student enrolment-based sales, student recruitment, or business development within the schools sector in the UAE / KSA / Africa.

Responsibilities

• Build and actively manage a pipeline of prospective students from the Middle East and Africa, meeting enrolment targets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with private schools, consultants, and corporate partners across our markets.
• Conduct presentations, school visits, and parent information evenings to promote our Summer programmes.
• Attend regional education fairs.
• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via telephone, email, and WhatsApp; maximise conversion rates.
