Summer Academy, Dubai-based, seeks an Admissions Manager to lead student recruitment across the Middle East and Africa for our two-week summer programmes. You will own school partner relationships, drive inquiries, and convert prospects into enrolled students.

This full-time, office-based role (JLT, Dubai) requires a sales mindset, strong English communication, and regional networks in international schools. Hybrid or remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in student enrolment-based sales, student recruitment, or business development within the schools sector in the UAE / KSA / Africa.

Who We Are

Summer Academy is a fast growing, Dubai headquartered provider of premium enrichment summer programmes for school-aged students across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. We place talented young people (12 – 18 years old) on carefully curated two weeks long residential experiences at leading British and American universities, equipping them with the language skills, academic confidence, and global outlook to thrive. We’re now aiming to expand our team here in Dubai with a particular focus on engaging with international schools in this region.

The Role

We are seeking a driven, commercially minded Admissions Manager (sales) to own student recruitment across the Middle East and Africa within the Summer Schools space. You will be the face of Summer Academy in the region, building and managing a portfolio of school partners, generating direct enquiries, and converting prospects into enrolled students. You will be a part of a growing team that is successful and well networked. This is a relationships first, results driven role that sits at the intersection of education, sales, and cultural understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and actively manage a pipeline of prospective students from any of the major Summer Academy regions, meeting or exceeding agreed monthly and annual enrolment targets
• Develop and nurture relationships with private schools, consultants, and corporate partners across our markets
• Conduct presentations, school visits, and parent information evenings to promote our Summer programmes
• Attend regional education fairs
• Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound enquiries via telephone, email, and WhatsApp; follow up diligently to maximise conversion rates and aim to put together groups of students

Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner schools in your territory, providing outstanding service throughout the student journey
• Deliver regular market intelligence reports to your manager, identifying trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities

Marketing & Brand Representation

• Represent Summer Academy at exhibitions, road shows, and partner events with energy and professionalism
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content, targeted social media campaigns, and region-specific materials
• Ensure all communications reflect Summer Academy's brand values: quality, aspiration, and care

Essential Experience and Skills

You must be currently working at an international school as a Registrar, or an Admissions Manager; or within the student recruitment functions at a summer school / EFL provider.

This role requires you to be experienced with nuances of student recruitment, along with a sales mindset; Sales Managers from other sectors or industry outside the Education space are not eligible to apply.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in student enrolment based sales, student recruitment, or business development within the schools sector in the UAE / KSA / Africa. You must be able to demonstrate existing contacts and be well networked in international schools in this region
• Experience working for a UK or US summer school or a language school provider
• Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Deep understanding of the cultural nuances of parent and student decision-making in the Middle East
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
• Confident and persuasive presenter, comfortable speaking to parents, school counsellors, and high net worth families
