Job summary

Summer Academy in Dubai is seeking an Admissions Manager for its summer school programmes. You will own student recruitment across the Middle East and Africa, representing the organization with schools, consultants and partners, and driving enrolments.

Based in the UAE, the role requires a sales mindset, extensive network in international schools, and the ability to work independently to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in student enrolment based sales, student recruitment, or business development within international schools in the UAE / KSA / Africa.

Responsibilities

• Build and actively manage a pipeline of prospective students across the Middle East and Africa to meet enrolment targets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with private schools, consultants, and corporate partners in the region.
• Conduct presentations, school visits, and parent information evenings to promote Summer Academy programmes.
• Attend regional education fairs and respond promptly to enquiries via telephone, email, and WhatsApp to maximise conversion rates.
