Job summary

J10 Consulting is seeking a well experienced HR Recruiter for a Dubai-based construction consultancy client. You will source, screen and shortlist candidates for high-profile UAE projects.

The role requires UAE recruitment experience, English and Arabic communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies. Immediate joining on a 3-6 month contract with outsourcing arrangement through J10 Consulting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR Recruitment experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HR, labor and hiring laws, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Effective communication skills in English & Arabic.
• Strong sourcing, communication and coordination skills.

Our Multi National Engineering Consultancy Client has a new requirement for a well experienced HR Recruiter to join their team in Dubai. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a HR Recruiter working in a busy construction consultancy office engaging talent for high profile projects in the UAE and wider GCC. This role is available for immediate joining and is an initial 3-6 month contract as an outsource employed by J10 Consulting.
