Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for HVAC, MEP, engineering, manufacturing and construction roles.

You will build pipelines, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure onboarding. International hiring and Africa/CIS sourcing experience are a plus. UAE market knowledge is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong experience in technical recruitment for HVAC/engineering sectors.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition and sourcing to offer issuance and onboarding Understand manpower requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies in coordination with hiring managers Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn recruitment agencies professional networks databases and other appropriate channels Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates against job requirements Coordinate technical and management interviews with relevant hiring managers Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future vacancies Recruit for a wide range of positions including HVAC Mechanical EngineersService Maintenance EngineersProject Engineers and Project ManagersSales Engineers Sales Managers Coordinate recruitment activities for international hiring including candidate sourcing interview scheduling documentation and mobilization Experience in hiring candidates from Africa and CIS countries will be an added advantage Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies and ensure compliance with company recruitment procedures Negotiate offers within approved salary structures and coordinate the offer and joining process Conduct reference checks and background verification where required Ensure timely completion of pre-employment documentation and onboarding formalities Maintain accurate recruitment records candidate databases and recruitment trackers Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill source of hire offer acceptance rate and joining ratio Provide regular recruitment status reports to HR ManagerBuild and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies technical institutes universities and other talent sources Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to strengthen the company s talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within HVAC, MEP, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or a related industry.
• Strong experience in technical and engineering recruitment.
• Experience handling volume recruitment as well as specialized/technical positions.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment databases, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of the UAE recruitment and employment market.
• Experience in international recruitment will be an advantage.
• Experience hiring from Africa and CIS countries will be an added advantage.
• UAE recruitment experience is a must
