Job summary

Viviana Properties in Dubai is seeking a proactive Real Estate Recruiter to build our sales and support teams on-site in Business Bay. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates in the UAE and India, with a focus on real estate sales, telesales and support roles.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and guiding visa and relocation processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience; real estate or sales hiring preferred.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi is an advantage.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Real Estate Recruiter to build our sales and support teams in Dubai. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates in the UAE and India to onboarding, with a focus on real estate sales, telesales and support roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and onboarding
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and databases, in Dubai and across India
• Hire for roles such as Telesales Executives, Real Estate Agents, HR, Graphic Designers, Videographers and Drivers
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Check candidates sales experience, communication skills and readiness to relocate immediately
• Draft and post job ads on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Guide candidates on visa, relocation and joining formalities
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports
• Support onboarding and keep new hires aligned with company policies

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (real estate or sales hiring preferred)
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills
• Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi is an advantage
• Good understanding of UAE hiring processes, visas and labour requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Must be able to join immediately
