Job summary

Viviana Properties in Dubai is seeking a proactive Real Estate Recruiter to build our sales and support teams on-site in Business Bay. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates in the UAE and India, with a focus on real estate sales, telesales and support roles.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and guiding visa and relocation processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience; real estate or sales hiring preferred.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, portals, social media, referrals in Dubai and India.
• Hire for roles such as Telesales Executives, Real Estate Agents, HR, Graphic Designers, Videographers and Drivers.
