Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with leads consistently and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and calling targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or sales preferred.
