Job summary

Viviana Properties is seeking a Telesales Executive in Dubai to generate and convert leads for our real estate portfolio. You will call prospective buyers and investors, present available properties, and book meetings and site visits for the sales team.

Ideal candidates have prior telesales experience, excellent English, and the ability to work on-site in Dubai immediately. We offer a fixed salary plus uncapped commission and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or telesales experience (real estate is a plus).
• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Make outbound calls to leads from portals, campaigns, databases and referrals.
• Handle inbound inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Understand clients’ budgets and goals, and recommend suitable properties.

About the Role

Viviana Properties is hiring Telesales Executives to generate and convert leads for Dubai real estate. You will call prospective buyers and investors, present our properties, and book meetings and site visits for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads from portals, campaigns, databases and referrals
• Handle inbound inquiries quickly and professionally
• Understand each client's budget, needs and investment goals, and recommend suitable properties
• Present Dubai projects, payment plans and investment opportunities clearly and honestly
• Schedule appointments, property viewings and consultations
• Follow up consistently to move leads through the pipeline
• Update all calls, leads and follow-ups in the CRM
• Meet or exceed daily call targets and monthly sales goals
• Keep up to date with Dubai market trends, new launches and regulations

Requirements

• Previous sales or telesales experience (real estate experience is a plus)
• Excellent spoken English; Hindi/Urdu or other languages are an advantage
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Confident, target-driven and resilient with rejection
• Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM tools
• Willing to work from Dubai only
• Ability to join immediately, or relocate to Dubai immediately
