Job summary

Platinum Inc Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter / Recruitment Executive to join its growing recruitment team. This entry‑level role focuses on sourcing, candidate management and recruitment operations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, confidence with candidates and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment. Immediate joiners on Dependent or Family visa are preferred and candidates with local UAE experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong communication abilities.
• 6 months–2 years of recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to evaluate suitability.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
• Perform Boolean searches to identify qualified talent.
• Communicate with candidates professionally and provide updates regarding opportunities.
• Support recruitment activities and contribute to meeting hiring targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication abilities, confidence in dealing with candidates, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Immediate joiners currently available on Dependent Visa or Family Visa are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search is an advantage.
• Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
