Job summary

Platinum Inc Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Recruitment Executive to join its growing team. This role targets candidates with initial recruitment experience who can source, screen, and manage candidates through the process.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, confidence with candidates, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners on Dependent/Family visas are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 6 months–2 years recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates.
• Experience with LinkedIn, portals, and Boolean search is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates via LinkedIn, portals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates through the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records in databases.
• Perform Boolean searches to identify talent.
• Communicate with candidates professionally and provide updates.
• Support recruitment activities to meet hiring targets.
