Job summary

Swiss Connect Solutions is seeking a hands-on Recruiter in Dubai, UAE to join our growing recruitment consultancy. The role covers the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and CV screening to interviewing, reference checks and coordinating candidates through the process.

You will source through LinkedIn, job portals and ATS databases, build pipelines, and manage multiple vacancies while meeting monthly targets. Experience in hospitality recruitment and UAE market knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on recruitment experience in sourcing and screening.
• Experience interviewing candidates at various levels (Staff, Management, Senior Management).
• Experience managing vacancies from sourcing through candidate placement.
• Experience using LinkedIn and online job portals for candidate sourcing.
• Experience working with an ATS / Applicant Tracking System.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial candidate interviews and pre-screening.
• Prepare qualified candidate shortlists for clients.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.

We are looking for a Recruiter with hands-on recruitment experience to join our growing recruitment consultancy in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, shortlisting, reference checks and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process. This is a target-driven recruitment position and requires someone who is comfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneously and actively sourcing candidates rather than relying only on incoming applications.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar recruitment position.
• Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and CV screening.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and screening different level of candidates ( Staff , Management, Senior Management ..)
• Experience managing vacancies from sourcing through candidate placement.
• Experience using LinkedIn and online job portals for candidate sourcing.
• Experience working with an ATS / Applicant Tracking System.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously.

Preferred Profile

• Previous experience working for a recruitment agency or recruitment consultancy in Dubai.
• Experience recruiting for the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of the UAE/GCC recruitment market.
• Experience sourcing international candidates.
• Experience using Manatal ATS.

This is a recruitment position, not a general HR position.

Candidates whose experience is mainly in HR administration, payroll, employee relations or general HR operations without hands-on recruitment experience may not be considered.
