Swiss Connect Solutions in Dubai is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, sourcing candidates locally and internationally while coordinating with clients to understand hiring needs.

The ideal candidate is currently based in the UAE, available to join immediately, with at least 2 years of recruitment agency experience and a strong grasp of the UAE job market.

• Strong understanding of the UAE job market


• Experience in international recruitment is a strong advantage

• Good communication skills and ability to deal with clients professionally
