Role Summary

Platinum Inc Consultancy is looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter / Recruitment Executive to join its growing recruitment team in Dubai. This opportunity suits candidates with initial recruitment experience who are looking to develop their skills in sourcing, candidate management, and recruitment operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication abilities, confidence in dealing with candidates, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Immediate joiners currently available on Dependent Visa or Family Visa are preferred.

Primary Duties

• Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to evaluate suitability.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
• Perform Boolean searches to identify qualified talent.
• Communicate with candidates professionally and provide updates regarding opportunities.
• Support recruitment activities and contribute to meeting hiring targets.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (as estimated in source posting); 6 months-2 years of recruitment experience; candidates with recruitment experience from their home country also considered.

Technical Proficiency: Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search is an advantage; good understanding of sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.

Core Competencies: Strong communication skills with fluent English; confident personality with strong interpersonal skills; positive attitude and willingness to learn; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment; immediate joiners preferred; candidates must be on Dependent Visa / Family Visa.
