Job summary

AGAPI in Dubai is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and craft effective recruitment strategies, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, a Bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, and a willingness to relocate to Dubai. IT/FinTech exposure is a plus.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our expanding Dubai team. In this position, you’ll oversee the end-to-end hiring process—sourcing qualified candidates, driving engagement, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop strong recruitment strategies, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process and beyond.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges.
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in back-office and technical departments.
• Strong understanding of roles, tools, core concepts, and current industry trends; experience in IT/FinTech is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence and secure top talent while maintaining a collaborative, win-win approach.
• Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates who are willing to relocate to Dubai are strongly preferred.
