Job summary

Talents First - Executive Search & Selection is hiring a Recruitment Consultant for a 360 role offering hybrid work flexibility in Dubai. You will embody the face of the firm to the market and lead end-to-end recruitment across the GCC.

You will focus on business development, client management, and executive search, building a high-value client base while delivering top-level talent and market insights to clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruitment experience with a proven billing track record.
• Experience in the GCC is essential.
• Proficiency in English is a must. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and penetrate new market opportunities across the GCC to win retained and exclusive mandates.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite and senior-level decision-makers.
• Provide clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and organizational design insights.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from client briefing to candidate onboarding.
• Use innovative tools, networking, and direct headhunting to identify top-tier talent for niche and leadership roles.
• Ensure a high-touch experience for both candidates and clients reflecting commitment to excellence.

About the Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, your mission is to be the face of Talents First to the market. Your responsibilities will include:

Business Development & Client Management:

• Proactive Growth: Identify and penetrate new market opportunities across the GCC to win retained and exclusive mandates.
• Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite and senior-level decision-makers.
• Consultative Selling: Act as a strategic advisor, providing clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and organizational design insights.

Candidate Sourcing & Delivery:

• 360 Execution: Manage the entire process from client briefing to candidate onboarding.
• Executive Search Sourcing: Use innovative tools, networking, and direct headhunting to identify top-tier talent for niche and leadership roles.
• Brand Advocacy: Ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for both candidates and clients that reflects our commitment to excellence.

What We’re Looking For
