TalentOne in Abu Dhabi is seeking a results-driven recruiter to deliver technical, specialist and bulk hiring across oil & gas, defense, engineering, manufacturing, construction and other sectors.

You will source, screen and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, job portals and referrals, managing end-to-end recruitment from submission to joining while maintaining robust ATS records and timely feedback to clients.

Competenze

• 2–5 years recruitment experience in staffing or recruitment agencies.
• Delivery of technical, engineering or industrial recruitment assignments.
• UAE recruitment exposure preferred; ATS experience is an advantage.

• Deliver qualified shortlists within agreed timelines across vacancies.

• Source screening and headhunt candidates throughLinkedIn, ATS, job portals, referrals and international talentnetworks.
• Deliver qualified shortlists within agreed timelinesacross vacancies.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and trackers, flagginghiring risks and delays early.
• Achieve strong CV-to-interview, offer-to-joining andplacement conversion ratios.
• Coordinate with clients, hiring managers and internalstakeholders to clarify requirements, agree priorities and secure timelyfeedback.
• Support assigned client accounts through regularupdates, responsive communication and resolution of recruitment issues.
• Manage candidate engagement from submission throughinterviews, offers and successful joining.

Requirements

• 2–5years’ recruitment experience, preferably within staffing, outsourcing orrecruitment agencies.
• Provendelivery of technical, engineering or industrial recruitment assignments.
• Strongsourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination and client relationshipskills.
• Ownershipof deadlines, hiring targets and placement outcomes.
• UAErecruitment exposure preferred; ATS experience is an advantage.
