Halian is expanding its Dubai team and seeking an experienced French-speaking IT recruiter to source and deliver top technology talent across French-speaking and international markets. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, headhunting and delivery within an international client base, helping consultants meet client requirements and recruitment KPIs.

French Speaking IT Recruiter – Dubai

As we continue to grow our Dubai team, we are looking for an experienced French-speaking IT Recruiter to join our technology recruitment function. You will focus on sourcing and delivering top technology talent across French-speaking and international markets, working alongside our experienced recruitment and sales teams.

The Opportunity

This is a 180 recruitment role, focused on candidate sourcing, headhunting and delivery. You will build strong technology talent networks, develop candidate relationships and support our consultants in delivering against client requirements across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage IT and technology professionals across international markets.
• Recruit across French-speaking markets, alongside wider European, Middle Eastern and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term candidate relationships.
• Conduct proactive headhunting, talent mapping and market research.
• Manage candidate pipelines and deliver against recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Partner closely with consultants to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
• Use LinkedIn, recruitment databases, networking and other sourcing tools to identify top technology talent.
• Stay up to date with technology trends, talent markets and candidate availability.

About You

• Experienced IT/Technology Recruiter with a strong track record in recruitment.
• Fluent French speaker with the ability to recruit and communicate confidently with French-speaking candidates.
• Previous experience recruiting into France, French-speaking Europe or other French-speaking markets is highly desirable.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience working within a target-driven recruitment environment.
• Commercial, ambitious and motivated by career progression.
• Comfortable working across international markets and with culturally diverse candidates and teams.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Dubai, UAE.
