Kingston Stanley Recruitment in Dubai is seeking a Principal IT Recruiter to lead a high-performing desk within our Technology division. You will own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships with UAE and GCC organisations and delivering top technology talent across software, cloud, security and data roles.

You will inherit an established desk with active clients, live vacancies and a strong regional reputation, enabling immediate impact while you build your personal

Qualifications

• 6–10 years' experience in a recruitment agency (essential).
• Proven experience in 360 recruitment.
• Strong billing history and revenue target achievement.
• Experience recruiting in the Technology/IT market.
• Excellent business development and account management skills.
• Strong networking, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships across the UAE and GCC.
• Source, attract and engage high-quality technology professionals.
• Manage multiple live vacancies simultaneously.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close placements.
• Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences.
• Develop new business opportunities while maximising existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and market intelligence.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to clients within the technology sector.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine 360 recruitment role where you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
