Job summary

Halian is expanding its Swiss Technology Recruitment team in Dubai. We are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants at Consultant, Senior or Principal level to develop new business, build client relationships and place top Swiss technology talent.

This 360 role partners with an Associate Director in Switzerland, handles full lifecycle from qualification to placement, sources candidates, and offers relocation to the UAE for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within technology/IT recruitment.
• Experience recruiting within the Swiss market.
• Strong 360 recruitment experience across both business development and candidate delivery.
• Track record of developing client relationships and generating recruitment opportunities.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• German or Swiss German language skills.
• Commercial, proactive and confident developing new business.
• Ambitious, resilient and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Working closely with our Associate Director – Switzerland, this is a 360 recruitment role where you'll develop new business, build client relationships and deliver specialist technology talent across the Swiss market.

We're particularly interested in recruiters who have worked across Zurich, Basel and Geneva and understand the Swiss technology and hiring landscape.

This role is based in Dubai, and we're open to experienced Swiss-market recruiters currently based internationally who are interested in relocating to the UAE.
