Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of agency recruitment experience in technology or related markets.
• Fluency in French, German or Dutch is essential.
• Proven business development and client account growth experience.
• 360 recruitment experience across client and candidate delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and win new clients across the UAE market through networking, referrals, market mapping, and targeted sales activity.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
• Provide clients and candidates with insights into salary trends, hiring activity, and market conditions.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline across key technology and professional disciplines.

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, new sales and business development, sourcing high-calibre candidates, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions across Technology, Digital, and Professional Services markets within the UAE and wider Middle East region.

We have multilple opportunities across contract and permanent/executive search recruitment, either working in the Middle Eastern market or within the EU markets in countries such as Belgium, Netherlands, France and Germany.

What You'll Be Doing

• Business Development: Identify, engage, and win new clients across the UAE market through networking, referrals, market mapping, and targeted sales activity.

• Negotiation & Offer Management: Facilitate salary discussions, manage expectations, and ensure successful offer acceptance.
• Brand Representation: Represent Halian at industry events, networking functions, and business development meetings across the region.
• CRM & Process Compliance: Maintain accurate records, reporting, and activity tracking within recruitment systems.

What We're Looking For

• Recruitment Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of agency recruitment experience, ideally within Technology, Digital, Engineering, Financial Services, Professional Services, or other specialist markets.
• Language Fluency: Fluency in either of the following languages essential - French, German or Dutch
• Business Development Skills: Demonstrated success generating new business and growing client accounts.
• 360 Recruitment Expertise: Experience managing both client acquisition and candidate delivery.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, margins, and business development principles.
• Relationship Builder: Able to establish credibility and trust with clients and candidates at all levels.
• Resilience & Drive: Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
