Job summary

Halian in Dubai is growing its Technology Contract Recruitment team and we are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants at Consultant, Senior or Principal level to join us. This is a 360 recruitment role managing the full lifecycle—developing new business, building client relationships, sourcing technology contractors, and growing your desk across the Middle East and wider GCC.

You'll own the recruitment process from qualification through to placement and onboarding, source and headhunt

Qualifications

• 2+ years' recruitment experience.
• Experience within technology/IT recruitment.
• Previous 360 recruitment and business development experience.
• A track record of winning business, building client relationships and making successful placements.

Halian is growing its Technology Contract Recruitment team in Dubai, and we're looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants at Consultant, Senior or Principal level to join us.

This is a 360 recruitment role where you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle – developing new business, building client relationships, sourcing specialist technology contractors and growing your own desk across the Middle East and wider GCC.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and develop a portfolio of technology contract clients across the GCC.
• Generate new business and contract recruitment opportunities.
• Manage relationships with enterprise organisations, government entities, consultancies and technology vendors.
• Own the full recruitment process from requirement qualification through to placement and onboarding.
• Source and headhunt specialist technology contractors across regional and international markets.
• Develop existing accounts and manage contractor extensions, renewals and redeployment.
• Build expertise across areas such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Software Engineering, ERP and Digital Transformation.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' recruitment experience.
• Experience within technology/IT recruitment.
• Previous 360 recruitment and business development experience.
• A track record of winning business, building client relationships and making successful placements.
• Commercial, ambitious and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Middle East experience is an advantage, but we're equally interested in experienced technology contract recruiters who are looking to relocate to Dubai.
