Halian invites experienced Recruitment Consultants to join its Technology Permanent Recruitment team in Dubai. This 360 role covers business development, client relationships and delivering permanent technology hires across the Middle East.

You'll work with CIOs, CTOs and senior leaders, building a network of candidates in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Software Engineering and Digital Transformation. Dubai relocation encouraged for the right candidate.

• Experience within technology/IT recruitment.
• Previous 360 recruitment and business development experience.

Job description

Halian is growing its Technology Permanent Recruitment team in Dubai, and we're looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants at Consultant, Senior or Principal level to join us.

This is a 360 recruitment role where you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle – developing new business, building senior client relationships and delivering permanent technology hires across the Middle East and wider GCC, with a focus on enterprise technology and digital transformation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and develop a portfolio of technology recruitment clients across the GCC.
• Generate new business and permanent recruitment opportunities.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and other senior technology and transformation leaders.
• Partner with enterprise, government, semi-government and high-growth organisations.
• Manage the full recruitment process from business development and requirement qualification through to placement.
• Deliver senior and specialist hires across areas such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Software Engineering, ERP, Digital & Product and Transformation.
• Build strong candidate networks and headhunt specialist and passive technology talent.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for senior appointments and technology team builds.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' recruitment experience.
• Experience within technology/IT recruitment.
• Previous 360 recruitment and business development experience.
• A track record of winning business, building client relationships and making successful placements.
• Commercial, ambitious and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

Middle East experience is an advantage, but we're equally interested in experienced technology recruiters who are looking to relocate to Dubai.
