Job summary

Halian is expanding its Dubai team and seeking an experienced French-speaking IT recruiter to source and deliver top technology talent across French-speaking and international markets. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, headhunting and delivery within an international client base, helping consultants meet client requirements and recruitment KPIs.

Qualifications

Experienced IT/Technology Recruiter with a strong track record.
Fluent French speaker able to recruit and communicate with French-speaking candidates.
Experience recruiting into France, French-speaking Europe or other French-speaking markets.
Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Source and engage IT and technology professionals across international markets.
Recruit across French-speaking markets and broader international markets.
Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
Conduct proactive headhunting, talent mapping and market research.
Manage candidate pipelines and deliver against recruitment targets and KPIs.
Partner with consultants to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
Use LinkedIn and sourcing tools to identify top technology talent.
