Halian is expanding its Dubai technology recruitment team and seeks an experienced French-speaking IT Recruiter to source and deliver top tech talent across international markets.

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate, you will recruit French-speaking professionals and work alongside experienced recruitment and sales teams, with uncapped commission and clear career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced IT/Technology Recruiter with a strong track record.
• Fluent French speaker with ability to recruit and communicate confidently with French-speaking candidates.
• Experience recruiting into France or French-speaking markets is highly desirable.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting and engagement skills.
• Target-driven recruitment environment.
• Commercial, ambitious and motivated by career progression.
• Comfortable working across international markets and with diverse candidates and teams.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage IT and technology professionals across international markets.
• Recruit across French-speaking markets, alongside wider European, Middle Eastern and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term candidate relationships.
• Conduct proactive headhunting, talent mapping and market research.
• Manage candidate pipelines and deliver against recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Partner closely with consultants to understand client requirements and deliver high‑quality candidates.
• Use LinkedIn, recruitment databases, networking and other sourcing tools to identify top technology talent.
• Stay up to date with technology trends, talent markets and candidate availability.
