Recruiter & Employee Branding Specialist (6-month Contract)

My client is a leading Fintech business in the region looking for a Recruiter and Employee Branding Specialist. This role will be a 6‑month contractor position.

End-to-End Recruiting

• Own full-cycle recruiting for tech and business roles (from intake to offer)
• Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role needs, profiles, and priorities
• Drive structured hiring processes that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience
• Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer processes
• Hiring Quality & Stakeholder Partnership: Support hiring managers in improving interview quality and decision-making, help define clear role scopes, success profiles, and evaluation criteria, act as a trusted recruiting partner, not just an execution arm, manage expectations and promote data‑based hiring decisions

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

• Build and maintain a strong, authentic employer brand aligned with company culture and values
• Own and improve careers page, job ads, and LinkedIn presence
• Shape employer messaging for tech and non‑tech talents
• Partner with Marketing when relevant to ensure consistency and reach
