Job summary

Petrocontracts International Project Mgt Services is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant in Dubai with 2–5 years of recruitment experience to manage assignments from client engagement to placement. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and building talent pipelines across markets, while supporting business development and client growth.

You will coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process, contributing to a high-quality candidate

Qualifications

• 2–5 years recruitment experience within agency or in-house.
• End-to-end recruitment experience.
• Exposure to 360 recruitment or client-facing environments.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive and positive approach.

Job Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with approximately 2-5 years recruitment experience to join our growing international team. This role offers the opportunity to manage recruitment assignments from initial client engagement through to successful placement while contributing to business development and client growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to successful placement.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, headhunting, and internal databases.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates against client requirements.
• Build and maintain high‑quality talent pipelines across specialist markets.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communications throughout the recruitment process.

Client & Business Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support business development activities through networking, market mapping, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
• Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, recruitment strategies, and market trends.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and management to support business growth initiatives.

• Achieve individual and team recruitment objectives.
• Deliver an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the recruitment team.

What We’re Looking For – Essential

• 2-5 years recruitment experience within agency or in‑house recruitment.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment assignments.
• Exposure to 360 recruitment or client‑facing recruitment environments.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems.

• Exposure to business development, lead generation, account management, or client acquisition.
• Previous recruitment experience within Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Energy, Manufacturing, Mining, or other technical sectors.
