What Equips You For The Role

• Diploma, degree, technical certificate, or qualification in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry or a similar role.
• Previous experience in automotive service reception or aftersales operations.
• Strong understanding of customer service and workshop reception processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Strong administrative, planning, and organisational capabilities.
