The Reception Supervisor is responsible for optimizing workshop labor and resources to achieve operational efficiency targets They ensure that all repair and service activities are conducted within established quality and safety guidelines The role involves supervising service advisors and ensuring high customer satisfaction and financial performance The Reception Supervisor works closely with the parts department to ensure parts availability and manages warranty processes for smooth operations strong

What You Will Do

• strong Customer Service strong Ensure that Service Advisors and aftersales executives provide a customer-centric environment to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and promote Customer Service Values Monitor and follow up on material handling equipment MHE up-down time and customer post-service feedback
• strong Parts and Warranty Management strong Review pre-order forms to confirm that parts requirements are matched to issues and guaranteed to solve the problem Liaise with the Parts department for parts availability Monitor warranty jobs reviewing job cards for accuracy and facilitating the warranty claim process
• strong Financial Performance strong Increase Service and Parts Gross Margin based on set targets and increase Service Contract Ratio Parts Sales and Accessories Sales to ensure maximum profitability Utilize BIW reports and Monthly KPI Dashboards to track performance
