Job summary

Aldar Properties seeks an accomplished wealth management leader to develop and execute strategies for real estate investments and client portfolios. You will build and sustain relationships with HNIs and institutions, driving tailored advisory and growth initiatives across regional markets.

You will collaborate with sales and finance teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead business development through new ventures such as JVs and land sales to expand the real estate wealth management

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of wealth management experience in real estate or a developer firm preferred.
• Experience serving high-net-worth clients and institutional investors with real estate investments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in real estate investments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute wealth management strategies aligned with sales objectives for real estate investments.
• Identify growth opportunities through partnerships with financial institutions and tailored initiatives for private investors and HNIs.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with HNW clients and institutional investors.
