Job summary

Aldar Properties PJSC in Dubai seeks a senior wealth management professional to develop strategies that drive sales with financial institutions and private investors/HNWIs. The role focuses on promoting Aldar products and identifying new market opportunities.

You will analyze client needs, structure deals, manage relationships to close transactions, build funding networks with banks and funds, and prepare customized presentations.

Qualifications

• Min of 8+ years related experience in wealth management or real estate/developer firm.

Responsibilities

• Promote Aldar products to the financial institutions and to private individuals
• Identify and segment the financial market for potential new business opportunities
• Analyze insights obtained from financial institutions to determine strategies for meeting clients' financial objectives; structure financial deals / various products that are financially attractive while meeting client’s preferences
• Manage client relationships to ensure completion of transaction.
• Responsible for developing business opportunities (JV/BTS/Land Sale) for individuals with high-net worth individuals
• Partners with team members to address the specific needs of clients in order to cultivate existing client relationships
• Develops customized presentation materials for existing and new clients
• Activation of land bank through Identification of local and regional funds owners, connect with HNI, and partner with Aldar
• Build financial cases (term sheets) and ensure singing of Agreements to complete the transaction

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:

Min of 8+ years related experience in wealth management function or a real estate / developer firm.

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE

Banking, investment consultancy in a real estate / developer firm

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

• Sound understanding of banking and financial analysis
• Ability to liaise, influence and interact effectively with various internal divisions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Knowledge of UAE Real estate market
• Knowledge of competitors products and USPs
