The candidate will manage relationships, develop opportunities for high-net-worth individuals, and collaborate across teams to deliver tailored presentations and robust term sheets.

Qualifications

• Min 8+ years in wealth management or a real estate/developer firm.
• Experience with private investors and high-net-worth clients.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate market and banking/financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Promote Aldar products to financial institutions and private individuals.
• Identify and segment the financial market for potential new business opportunities.
• Analyze insights from financial institutions to structure financially attractive deals meeting client objectives.
• Manage client relationships to ensure transaction completion.
• Develop business opportunities for high-net-worth individuals.
• Collaborate with team members to address client needs and strengthen relationships.
• Develop customized presentation materials for existing and new clients.
• Activate land bank by identifying local and regional funds, connecting with HNIs, and partnering with Aldar.
• Build financial cases (term sheets) and ensure signing of agreements to complete transactions.
