Job summary

PRYPCO Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Onboarding and Training Lead to empower our real estate sales and leasing teams in Dubai. You will build and deliver a structured programme covering sales, onboarding, systems, processes, compliance and community knowledge.

You will work closely with Sales and Leasing Managers to boost agent productivity, accelerate time to first transaction and improve commercial performance while maintaining regulatory standards and listing guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate, sales training, onboarding or sales enablement.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate sales and leasing market.
• Proven ability to train, coach and develop sales professionals.
• Practical knowledge of prospecting, listing acquisition, negotiations and transaction processes.
• Experience with CRMs, property portals and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction for new joiners.
• Deliver practical training on prospecting, cold calling, sourcing, listings and client management.
• Train agents on CRM usage, listing standards and transaction workflows.
• Develop training materials, scripts, presentations and role-plays.
• Deliver area-specific training on Dubai communities, pricing and market trends.
• Assess knowledge and readiness before the sales floor transition.
• Identify performance gaps and provide targeted coaching with managers.
• Maintain a training calendar and track completion and effectiveness.
• Monitor KPIs like time to first transaction and agent productivity.

THE ROLE

Lead the onboarding and training function for PRYPCO Real Estate ensuring agents have the knowledge skills and tools to succeed Build and deliver a structured training programme covering real estate sales leasing systems processes compliance and community knowledge Work closely with Sales and Leasing Managers to improve agent productivity accelerate time to first transaction and drive commercial performance

WHAT YOU LL DO

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding and induction programme for all new joiners
• Deliver practical training on prospecting cold calling property sourcing listing acquisition client management negotiations and closing
• Train agents on HubSpot CRM Bayut listing standards transaction workflows and internal processes
• Develop training materials scripts presentations role-plays and competency assessments
• Deliver area-specific training covering Dubai communities pricing market trends transactions and inventory
• Assess agent knowledge and readiness before they transition onto the sales floor
• Work with Sales and Leasing Managers to identify performance gaps and deliver targeted coaching
• Conduct regular refresher sessions to improve agent skills discipline conversion rates and revenue performance
• Maintain a structured training calendar and track onboarding completion competency assessments and training effectiveness
• Monitor key performance indicators including time to first transaction agent productivity and the impact of training on commercial results
• Ensure agents understand relevant compliance requirements listing standards and regulatory processes
• Continuously improve training programmes as the business systems and market evolve

WHAT YOU'LL NEED3
