Pinnacle Assurance Properties L.L.C is hiring experienced Senior Property Advisors in Dubai to join our growing brokerage. This commission-only role targets ambitious individuals aiming to build a strong career in Dubai real estate, whether experienced or starting fresh.

You will join a young, ambitious team committed to supporting one another and growing together as trusted Dubai property advisors. Role focuses on managing client portfolios, advising investors, and closing high-value deals

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year s experience in Dubai real estate or a high performance sales environment with a proven track record in off plan leasing and/or secondary sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across off plan, leasing and secondary markets.
• Advise investors and end users through a consultative, insight-led approach.
• Build and maintain a strong, conversion-focused pipeline through networking, referrals and strategic outreach.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop lasting client relationships.
• Stay ahead of Dubai market trends, community developments, launches, payment plans and investment opportunities.
• Arrange and lead property viewings, prepare offers, negotiate terms and close high-value transactions.
• Keep accurate records of clients, viewings and deal progress in the CRM.
• Deliver a best-in-class client experience from first interaction through to deal completion.

Role Overview

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across off plan leasing and secondary markets
• Advise investors and end users through a consultative insight led approach
• Build and maintain a strong conversion focused pipeline through networking referrals and strategic outreach
• Identify new business opportunities and develop lasting client relationships
• Stay ahead of Dubai market trends community developments launches payment plans and investment opportunities
• Arrange and lead property viewings prepare offers negotiate terms and close high value transactions
• Keep accurate records of clients viewings and deal progress in the CRM
• Deliver a best in class client experience from the first interaction through to deal completion

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year s experience in Dubai real estate or a high performance sales environment with a proven track record in off plan leasing and or secondary sales
• Strong understanding of consultative selling pipeline management client acquisition and revenue targets
• Commercially sharp entrepreneurial and client focused with the ability to build lasting relationships and develop a strong personal reputation
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation follow up and closing skills
• Self driven disciplined and motivated by performance with the ability to work independently while contributing to a young and ambitious team
• Professional presentation and integrity with RERA certification or Broker Card preferred a valid UAE driving licence own vehicle and additional languages are advantages
